Hi Princes Amelia and royal Family! Thank you again for joining us in Mickeys Jammin’ Jungle Expedition parade! Amelia, your hugs made my day! You are such a bright Princess and we were lucky for having met you! Although it was rainy, you made ghe parade extra special. You know, our princesses go through special training but you smiled and waved like a pro even in the downpour! Anyway, thanks again and We hope you enjoyed the souvenir Safari Mickey hats! 🙂

Amelia and family,

My family met you today at the Goofy candy store, where I proceeded to purchase way too much candy for our family. My son Jalen is a Make A Wish child and this was our last day in Florida. Jalen is 6 and traded pins with Cameron.

You made Jalen’s Make A Wish trip exciting because he got to trade pins with a REAL KID and not one of the workers. He was very excited to learn there was another Wish kid, too.

I work at Disney World, Epcot to be exact. I had the pleasure of meeting Amelia and her wonderful Family yesterday at the Canadian Pavallion. We all traded pins and her sister, Leatha, gave me a “thank you” card. I am so happy to here Amelia is doing well and I really hope she enjoyed her trip to Disney World! I hope everyone in the family had a magical time and I wish everyone the very best! Thank you Leatha for letting me be able to read her story.

Hello Princess Amelia!
I met you the other day at Magic Kingdom…I gave you your stroller, or as we like to call it, your princess carriage! You were the sweetest little girl and I am very sad that I did not get to spend much time to get to talk to you because it was so busy. I hope that I can maybe see you again before the end of your adventure here in Disney World. I hope you are having a magical time and I know you will make a lovely Rapunzel. I wish you all the best and hope to stay updated on your magical adventure.

Hello Princess Amelia!

I talked with you last night before the parade. You were eating a whole box of popcorn all by your self and you insisted you’d finish it before the parade was over. Turns out, you were right. In the very middle of the parade I spotted you from the other side of the street digging for popcorn from the bottom of your box. That was awesome!

You are a very sweet, amazing Princess. I really enjoyed talking with you last night and I think I still remember your favorite Princesses in order: Rapunzel, Ariel, Belle, Cinderella, Aurora, Snow White, and Tiana.

I think my favorite part of last night was when I asked you how long you thought Rapunzel’s hair is and you replied with “Google it”. You are so funny. That still makes me laugh just thinking about it.

Princess Amelia, I am very glad I got to meet you last night. I hope you and your family have a wonderful vacation and that all your dreams come true. Thank you for making the night so magical!

Hi Amelia. I met you today , June 11th,2012, at the Ice Cream Palace at Give Kids The World. I serve you and your family ice cream, and in a cute little voice said “here, take it”, and it was your card. By the way i made your mom and brother an awesome milkshake even they said it 🙂

Hi Amelia, I met you at Animal Kingdom Thursday night when you came into my store with your family. You really brightened my day with your pretty smile and happy chatter. Thanks for coming to spend time with us. And thanks for sharing your cards. We love learning more about the families that visit with us.

Friday, June 8th, I had the privilege of meeting Amelia, and her family, at Give Kids the World when they came for breakfast. She was dressed in a beautiful princess dress, which she told me her mother had made for her after I told her how pretty she looked in it. I felt so lucky to have been able to meet Amelia and was able to read about her journey once she honored me with one of her Thank You cards…and a hug. I will always remember you, Amelia. Thank you for sharing your story with me.

Let me try again, After all the amazing Princesses that you have met on your wish trip, I am honored that your path has crossed with mine. A humble Backlands coordinator. I was attempting to dry the mats at the exit of the Backlot tour, when a beautiful princess lifted my spirit through the inch of water that had leaked onto the floor. You reached out and took time for me and made my day magical. We have many stars that come and visit our parks. Sports players, movie actors, and even singers. You are the best kind of star. The kind that shines brightest in the darkest times and makes our world that much better. Thank you for taking the time to share your story and giving my work meaning.
