Well folks I am finally done reporting on Amelia’s Make a Wish trip in Florida. My original intent was to leave this site after that point, and let people read and relive the trip and the stuff we did before.
However, this week here in Utah we celebrate Pioneer Day, when the first settlers entered the Salt Lake valley and began to turn the desert landscape into the city it is today.
As part of that celebration, there is a parade! And the Army Reserve is having Make A Wish families ride along with them in the parade. So, Amelia and the rest of us will be riding with some of the soldiers of this great land in the 24th of July parade. We should be able to get a link to the video from the local news station that puts it on TV and I will share that with you.
So it seems that this site will live a while longer, as long as we attend Make A Wish functions and Amelia is the star I will post pictures and video.
